1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Our Services

DIGITALAG provides automation software development, website development, SEO services, digital marketing (social media, PPC, content, email), data analysis, market research, and e-commerce marketplace setup. Specific deliverables, timelines, and pricing for each project are defined in individual proposals or agreements.

3. Quotes and Payments

All quotes are valid for 15 days unless stated otherwise. Projects typically require an advance payment before work begins, with remaining payments tied to milestones or delivery as agreed in the proposal. Prices are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to provide accurate information, timely feedback, required content and credentials, and approvals needed for project completion. Delays in client inputs may extend project timelines proportionally.

5. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of the final deliverables created specifically for them. DIGITALAG retains the right to use general methodologies, frameworks, and anonymised project results for portfolio and marketing purposes unless an NDA states otherwise.

6. Third-Party Platforms

Services involving third-party platforms (Google, Meta, Amazon, Flipkart, hosting providers, etc.) are subject to the terms and policies of those platforms. DIGITALAG is not responsible for changes in third-party platform policies, algorithms, fees, or account decisions.

7. No Guarantee Disclaimer

While we follow proven methodologies, results in SEO, advertising, and marketplaces depend on many external factors. We do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic numbers, sales figures, or platform approvals.

8. Limitation of Liability

The total liability of DIGITALAG for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate an engagement with written notice. Work completed up to the termination date remains billable. Advance payments for work not yet started are handled per our Refund Policy.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, with jurisdiction in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
