Refund Policy

1. Overview

DIGITALAG provides custom professional services. Because significant time, planning, and resources are invested from day one, our refund policy reflects industry-standard practices for service businesses.

2. Advance Payments

Project advance payments confirm your booking and cover initial planning, research, and resource allocation. If you cancel BEFORE any work has started, we will refund the advance minus a 10 percent processing fee, within 7-10 business days.

3. Work In Progress

If a project is cancelled after work has begun, payment for work completed up to that point is non-refundable. Any unused portion of advance payment beyond completed work will be refunded proportionally, as assessed fairly based on project milestones.

4. Completed Deliverables

Once a deliverable (website, automation tool, campaign setup, report) has been delivered and approved, payments for that deliverable are non-refundable. We provide revision rounds as specified in each proposal to ensure satisfaction before final approval.

5. Monthly Services

Monthly retainer services (SEO, marketing, management) can be cancelled with 15 days written notice. The fee for the current month is non-refundable as work is performed continuously. No long-term lock-in contracts - you only pay for months you use.

6. Third-Party Costs

Payments made to third parties on your behalf (ad spend, domain, hosting, marketplace fees, software licences) are non-refundable by DIGITALAG, as these are governed by the respective third-party policies.

7. Service Issues

If a delivered service has genuine defects or does not match the agreed specification, we will fix it at no extra cost. Our goal is always a working solution, not a dispute.
